Our Journey: 45 Years of Impact
Navigate’s story began in 1980 with a mission to provide affordable housing for seniors in Tarrant, Alabama. From the first 100 units at Spring Gardens to overseeing 80,000 units across four states today, our evolution has been driven by a passion for making a difference.
- 1980: Founded as Jefferson County Assisted Housing Corporation.
- 1981: Completed Spring Gardens Apartments, setting the stage for decades of impact.
- 2000: Became a Performance-Based Contract Administrator (PBCA), expanding our reach to serve thousands of families.
- 2023: Administered over $800 million in HUD funds, ensuring compliance and excellence in affordable housing.
