Navigate is a Performance-Based Contract Administrator (PBCA) for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), supporting Project-Based Rental Assistance (PBRA) contract administration, and providing training and consulting state and local housing agencies. Our work enables efficient contract administration, accountability, and compliance with minimal overhead. Beyond our PBCA role, we bring the same program integrity and operations expertise to other federally funded housing and community development initiatives, helping agencies and partners strengthen oversight, reduce risk, and improve outcomes.How We Work
