My favorite tradition is an event and it is the yearly all staff meeting that we have where we typically bring everybody from all of our outlying states into the Birmingham area for a week of training, getting to know each other better, better and team building. But we always finish out our week with some kind of competition. And in times past that has been volleyball at Mountain State Park. That has been.

one of the most enjoyable things that I look forward to each year. We go hard in our jobs. We say we play hard, but we also work very hard. And our work hard comes before our play hard. So we take that to another level at All Staff in those volleyball games that we used to have. Now we're a little bit older now, so we don't tend to get as, not really, physical.

as we used to, but those are some good times. There was a broken leg, there were bloody nose. were some things that were challenging for our HR and I'm sure they are glad that we're not doing that anymore, but it was a lot of fun.
