Waiting Lists to Close
Navigate Asset Management is providing notice that the waiting lists for St. Charles Villas and Four Winds East will close effective April 7, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
Because of the current volume of applicants and extended wait times, no additional applications will be accepted after that date until further notice. Applications received before the closing date will remain on the list in accordance with each property’s established policies.
The notices below are provided in English and Spanish for each property.
