Chris Shirley (00:00) We needed to have a high quality product and we needed to build fast because honestly people need they don't want to wait six eight months for them to build a house. So the idea that you from the time that you break ground to 45 to 60 days later that you have a product that's high quality that's energy efficient in the marketplace. And then also we just want to think about innovation. There are four of these homes here within the Woodlawn community. And honestly, we have a lot of lots that we need to build on. And so to actually have these four as a proof point, it gives us the opportunity to take this model to other places within our neighborhood and our community. But it also shows other communities that they could build too, and they can build at scale and they can build fast. But it's still high quality. I'm really excited to have the SIPP panels.
