The Safer Federal Workforce Task Force says covered contractor employees must be “fully vaccinated” by January 18, 2022.
There will exceptions for people with disabilities or religious objection.
- Contractors must require covered contractor employees to show or provide one of the following:
- A copy of the record of immunization from a health care provider or pharmacy;
- A copy of the COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card;
- A copy of medical records documenting the vaccination;
- A copy of immunization records from a public health or State immunization information system; or
- A copy of any other official documentation verifying vaccination with information on the vaccine name, date(s) of administration, and the name of health care professional or clinic site administering vaccine
- Contractors may allow covered contractor employees to show or provide to their employer a digital copy of such records, including, for example, a digital photograph, scanned image, or PDF of such a record.
Masks
Masks MUST be worn by everyone in a Navigate office without regard for vaccination status.
If you are fully vaccinated:
- Masks may be removed when sitting alone at your desk.
- But masks must be worn if you are working with someone at or near your desk (e.g. less than 6 feet away)
- You must always wear a mask If you work in the presence (6 feet or less) of a resident, property owner or management agent
If you are not fully vaccinated:
- You must always wear your mask while in a Navigate office. It cannot be removed while sitting at your desk.
- You must always wear a mask If you work in the presence (6 feet or less) of a resident, property owner or management agent
