Vickie shares a few Multifamily housing tips that you shared with her, in this week’s Tuesday Tip! Specifically, Vickie reads tips on how you have been managing your properties during COVID-19! You all sent in tips covering topics from how to handle residents coming into the office, to how to engage senior residents safely, to even staying up-to-date with your residents’ contact information!

We sent letters to all residents reminding them that although there is a moratorium on evictions that their rent is still due.  The letter asked that they contact the office if they needed a repayment plan if they could not keep rent current.
