Some of them are really trying to keep up with their rent, but are late fees making their financial problems worse? Vickie shares an email from a resident who really wants to get caught up.

A CNBC report from October estimated “as many as 35 million people in the U.S. could face eviction.” This news followed a report that “1 in 6 renters were behind on their payments in September.”
