Vickie discusses the importance of submitting your COVID-19 Supplemental Payment Request forms (HUD Form 52671-E) by Wednesday, August 5th, 2020, at 11:59pm (local time). “Don’t leave money on the table!” HUD is doing a great service, so be sure to take advantage of it. Get reimbursed for the actions you’ve taken to keep your property safe during COVID-19!

Be sure to read HUD Notice H 20-8, if you haven’t, and decide between Tier 1 and Tier 2. Tier 1 only requires the submission of the request form. Tier 2 requires submission of the request form along with other documentation (mentioned in the notice).
