Software Updates on Property Under HOTMA

What software are you using to process Housing Choice Vouchers (HCV) on your multifamily property?

In this week’s #TuesdayTip, we discuss the required software updates under HOTMA. It is one of the many changes HOTMA requires of multifamily owners and agents. Under the new rule, owners and agents must upgrade to TRACS 203-A.

TRACS 203-A: Have You Updated Your Software?

Owners and Agents! If you have not made updates please make arrangements to do so. Until then, do not adjust how you process AR or IR’s.

Additionally, passbook rates SHOULD NOT be adjusted until software on property is updated to TRACS 203-A.
