RAD After the Closing: PBRA Operations Basics
This is a ½ day course that will be helpful to PHAs considering PBRA who have a CHAP, are about to close, or that are preparing to start operations. The discussion will focus on three areas essential to a successful PBRA property:
- RENT: Submitting a utility analysis; Completing the OCAF rent adjustment request
- REVENUE: The certification form and what data is expected in the various fields using Chapter 5 of the Monthly Activity Transmission (MAT) Guide
- RULES: Tenant Selection Plans, House Rules, the lease and a successful property
