Navigate has expertise in:

  • Owning and/or Managing properties: Navigate owned and also managed a 144 unit apartment complex in Birmingham, AL while serving elderly and disabled households
  • Operating as a Service Bureau: Navigate processes voucher payments for the Georgia Department of Community Affairs under their Section 811 Supportive Housing for Person with Disabilities
  • Training:  Our expert staff conducts Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) occupancy training for Public Housing Authorities moving to the PBRA rental assistance platform;
  • Compliance and Quality control: Navigate serves as a compliance agent on a pooled bond transaction that as a result addressed capital improvements (roofs, HVACs, etc.) at over 35 Public Housing Authorities across Alabama
  • Consulting: We have worked with Public Housing Authorities to plan the rehabilitation and remodeling of their public housing units.  In addition, we have helped with the rebuilding of their public housing units in addition to converting the housing assistance to PBRA; drafting policies (EIV, TSP, Grievance, etc.) for Public Housing Authorities transition to PBRA as part of the RAD program
