“No one should have to choose between maintaining housed [sic] and staying safe.” said Secretary Marcia L. Fudge. “We are making these protections clear on HUD’s website, so landlords are aware of our requirements and survivors know their rights.”
As part of the VAWA resources, HUD published a Notice of Funding Opportunity. It providesup to $5 million for Technical Assistance Providers to provide:
technical assistance, and
support to housing providers, grantees, and other stakeholders.
