We are also releasing the results of a survey we conducted within the last month in our Multifamily Housing During COVID-19 report. Owner/agents told us how they continue to operate day-to-day and voiced their concerns about MORs during the pandemic.

“There are some great ideas for helping residents and staff, along with other insights,” McCarroll says, “and most importantly, it lets us know, we are not alone in facing the challenges presented by COVID-19.”
