MORs during COVID-19

Navigate has heard your concerns about MORs during COVID-19. Today, our CEO Lisa McCarroll released our plan for navigating the reviews with public health as a top priority. You can read her post on LinkedIn.

We are also releasing the results of a survey we conducted within the last month in our Multifamily Housing During COVID-19 report. Owner/agents told us how they continue to operate day-to-day and voiced their concerns about MORs during the pandemic.

“There are some great ideas for helping residents and staff, along with other insights,” McCarroll says, “and most importantly, it lets us know, we are not alone in facing the challenges presented by COVID-19.”

You can read the report here.
