Julie Reynolds has served as our COO since 2000. As COO, she has been responsible for our financial and program administration operations during the entirety of our performance as PBCA in Alabama, Mississippi, Virginia and Connecticut. More specifically, she has supervised Finance, Management Information Systems, and two departments within Section 8 Contract Administration for the four states. In total, she has over 23 years experience working with housing programs.

Reynolds graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science from Athens State College and received her Senior Public Housing Manager Certification from the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials.
