Navigate has two new job postings this week.


Procurement Specialist

  • Assists in the development, update and implementation of policies and procedures related to purchasing;
  • Develops and maintains a standard template for all contracts that ensure the use of standard terms, conditions and verbiage as defined in the Contracts Provision of the Procurement Policy;
  • Manages and performs procurement activities including procurement by: Small Purchase Procedures, Invitation to Bid, Requests for proposals (RFP), Requests for Qualifications (RFQ), as well as, Sole Source Procurement;
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations and that all procurement transactions are handled with an open and free competition strategy.

Human Resources Specialist

  • Assists in coordinating the administration of all benefit programs; 
  • Assists with recruitment and hiring for all employees, including receiving resumes, planning and implementing new employee orientation, as well as, updating and maintaining personnel records;
  • Assists in updating personnel policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance; 
  • Occasional travel throughout the year may be required to assist with the hiring process for satellite offices, attend trainings and/or assist Field Offices as needed.
