Navigate’s hiring process is lengthier than many others. We try to ensure that we hire the right person for the right position at the right time. The applicant may be asked to come in for a series of one-on-one interviews with the Human Resources Director and the Department Supervisor. These meetings give the candidates and Navigate additional opportunities to learn more about each other.
The successful applicant will be required, as a condition of employment, to participate in a drug screening test and will be subject to background investigations that include DMV, criminal records, as well as personal and professional reference checks.
