Instructions for CSP Requests

You can now view step-by-step instructions for completing HUD Form 52671-E, to request COVID-19 Supplemental Payments (CSPs). CSPs are to help address operating cost increases, incurred by owners, to prevent, prepare for, and/or respond to COVID-19 at their properties. This includes: maintaining normal operations, and taking other necessary actions while project-based Section 8, Section 202, and Section 811 programs are impacted by COVID-19.

Please refer to HUD Notice H 20-8 for eligible activities, properties, and other valuable information.

Be sure to read HUD Notice H 20-8 to determine whether you want to participate in Tier 1 or Tier 2. All requests need to be received by HUD or the Contract Administrator by 11:59 pm local time on August 5th, 2020, in order to be given equal consideration. You can email your requests to CARESActForms@navigatehousing.com.
