2024

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has released the 2024 Income Limits. The limits are effective April 1, 2024.

These computations serve to determine various income thresholds, which are set as percentages of the median family income and fluctuate depending on the number of family members in a household. These income limits help HUD establish who qualifies as low-income and who is therefore eligible for many of its housing assistance programs.
