On Monday, June 15th, an announcement from HUD’s Office of Multifamily Housing said that an online search tool has been made for residents and families living in Multifamily properties.  Please let your residents know about this convenient tool!

They can use the Multifamily Housing Property Search tool to find out if their property is covered under the eviction moratorium in the CARES Act.  This includes Section 8, Section 202, and Section 811 properties.
