NAHMA’s Director of Government Affairs Larry Keys says NAHMA has added the following to its Coronavirus Information and Resources website:

“In addition to the updates,” Keys writes, “NAHMA has also contacted the leadership at the Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) and the Office of Multifamily Housing to request a suspension of physical inspections in areas hit hard by the virus.  Once we hear back from HUD leadership, we will update members on their decision.”
