HUD answers housing-related Coronavirus questions

HUD’s Office of Multifamily Housing Programs released “Questions and Answers for Office of Multifamily Housing Stakeholders” this afternoon. You can download the PDF below.

NAHMA’s Director of Government Affairs Larry Keys says NAHMA has added the following to its Coronavirus Information and Resources website:

“In addition to the updates,” Keys writes, “NAHMA has also contacted the leadership at the Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) and the Office of Multifamily Housing to request a suspension of physical inspections in areas hit hard by the virus.  Once we hear back from HUD leadership, we will update members on their decision.”
