HUD releases PHA Tools 52723,52722 ahead of schedule

You can now access PHA Tools HUD-52723 and HUD-52722. The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released them one week ahead of the date listed on the Operating Subsidy Processing schedule. You can find them on the CY 2018 Subsidy Processing Web Page.

According to HUD:

While HUD posted the PHA tools one week ahead of what was listed in the Operating Subsidy Processing schedule, PHAs still have until February 2, 2018 to submit completed tools to their Field Offices. PHAs must submit tools on or before February 2, 2018.

PHAs may find additional guidance and PIH Notices on the CY 2018 Subsidy Processing Web Page. Visit the CY 2018 Subsidy Processing Web Page periodically as HUD updates tools and guidance.
