The Office of Multifamily Housing Programs offers more than $180 million in funding to fight COVID-19. Specifically, the funding is available to protect residents and staff from COVID-19. As the pandemic continues to evolve, so do regulations in the housing industry. Right now, funding is available for limited types of capital investments.

Moreover, Property Owners and Agents may now submit payment reimbursement requests for expenses through October 31, 2021. HUD or your Contract Administrator will accept these requests through November 19, 2021. Some of the capital investments now cover any costs to increase internet access on property. Throughout the pandemic, many children have and continue to learn virtually. You can find a full list of investments HUD is now accepting reimbursement applications for here.

If you are a property owner or agent you can still request COVID-19 supplemental payments. Click here for helpful tips and information to help guide you through the application process. Property owners and management agents should contact their assigned HUD Account Executive or Contract Administrator with any questions about property eligibility for a CSP.
