On Wednesday, July 15, 2020, Connecticut’s Temporary Housing Assistance Initiatives began. The State of Connecticut launched the Temporary Rental Housing Assistance Program (TRHAP) and Temporary Mortgage Assistance Program (T-MAP) to help renters and homeowners who have been impacted by COVID-19.
