What We Do

Community Development

We invest in communities using sustainable revitalization strategies, starting with initiatives in the North Titusville neighborhood of Birmingham, Alabama – Live on 1st Workforce housing, Fifth & Center, and Marc Steel.

Housing Provider

Navigate Asset Management (NAM) is a full-service property management firm operating in the greater Birmingham, Alabama market. Through NAM, we provide quality, livable affordable housing for families, seniors, and the disabled.

Government Contracting

Navigate Affordable Housing Partners provides compliance, program oversight, training, and payment processing services for federal and state agencies and property management companies. As one of the premier Performance-Based Contract Administrators (PBCAs) for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, we work with over 1,100 properties in Alabama, Mississippi, Connecticut, and Virginia

Navigate Gives Back

The Navigate team provides volunteer and financial support for organizations serving the homeless, the elderly, and the disabled. We do this in addition to supporting youth initiatives closer to home. On a national level, Navigate proudly supports the National Affordable Housing Management Association Educational Foundation, which has provided $1.7 million in scholarships to students living in affordable housing across the country.
