In March of 2016 HUD published for public comment a revision to the form documents used in a RAD conversion, including the Financing Plan, RAD Conversion Commitment, HAP Contracts, and Use Agreement. We received and incorporated very helpful feedback from a variety of stakeholders and have recently posted these much improved documents on our RAD website for a second, 30-day comment period.
